What is Instant Catalogue?
A tool for turning product data you already have into professional catalogues you can publish online, share as a link and download as a PDF.
How much does Instant Catalogue cost?
Start with a 7-day free trial, then pay €19/month + VAT. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need Shopify?
No. Shopify is the store integration we support today, but you can also upload product data from a spreadsheet or add products manually.
Can I create PDF catalogues?
Yes. Every catalogue can be downloaded as a PDF as well as published as an online catalogue.
Can customers request quotes?
Yes. Customers can add products and quantities to a quote basket and send an enquiry, which arrives in your workspace with the products attached.
Can I update prices later?
Yes. You can edit product details in your workspace or refresh them from your connected store, then republish the catalogue.
Does changing Shopify automatically change a published catalogue?
No. Refreshing product data and republishing are deliberate steps you control, so a live catalogue never changes without you.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your logo, colours and company details are applied across the catalogue, both online and in the PDF.
