Privacy

This policy explains how Instant Catalogue handles data used to provide the service.

Account data

We store the email address you sign up with, and the workspace, branding and settings you create. We use it to run the service and to contact you about your account.

Product data

Products you import or upload are stored in your own workspace and used to build your catalogues. Workspaces are isolated from each other.

Catalogue analytics

When someone opens a catalogue you published, we record engagement events such as views, downloads and product interest so you can see how the catalogue performed.

Customer enquiries

Details a customer submits with a quote request are stored in your workspace so you can respond and manage the lead.

Connected stores

If you connect Shopify, we store the access credentials needed to read your products and collections. Disconnecting the store removes that access.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the service: keeping you signed in, holding your session and remembering basic preferences. Published catalogues use anonymous measurement to count views, downloads and product interest for the business that published them. We do not use advertising cookies.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your workspace data.
